DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY IN THE REGISTER OF REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES OF FOREIGN PERSONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

(Decree on Conditions for Establishing and Operating of Representative Offices of Foreign Persons in the Republic of Croatia “Official Gazette” 21/09)

1. REGISTRATION
- company, headquarters and activity of the founder abroad
- name and headquarters of the Representative Office in the Republic of Croatia
- data on the person responsible for the operation of the Representative Office in the Republic of Croatia: name, surname, residence and ID number – of the identity card, certificate of citizenship or passport for Croatian citizens, and for foreign citizens – passport number and the issuing country (it is necessary to enclose the certified copy of the ID of the person responsible for operation of the Representative Office)
- specification of Representative Office’s activities in the Republic of Croatia

2. DECISION OF THE FOUNDER ON ESTABLISHING THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA, CONTAINING THE NAME AND ADRESS OF THE OFFICE, AND DECISION ON APPOINTING THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATING OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

3. DOCUMENT EVIDENCING THE ENTRY IN THE REGISTER IN THE COUNTRY OF THE COMPANY’S REGISTERED HEADQUARTERS, INDICATING A LEGAL FORM, TIME OF ESTABLISHEMENT AND PERSONS AUTHORIZED FOR REPRESENTING THE COMPANY

4. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PAYMENT RECEIPT AMOUNTING TO HRK 1,000.00 FOR ENTRY IN THE REGISTER, HRK 1,000.00 FOR REMOVAL FROM THE REGISTER, HRK 200.00 FOR APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF REGISTER DATA

- the fees amounting to HRK 1.000,00 and HRK 200,00 shall be paid on account No. 1001005-1863000160
- reference No. 5002 – personal identification number
- beneficiary: State Budget
- allocation: administrative fee

For the removal of the Representative Office from the Register the Decision on Closing the Representative Office in the Republic of Croatia is to be enclosed.

All the changes within the Representative Office of foreign persons in the Republic of Croatia (substitution of the responsible person, removal of the headquarters, modification of the title of the Founder etc.) shall be regulated by the Founder’s Decision.

NOTE:

All the documents are to be sent both in original and in Croatian translation certified by the authorized court interpreter.

The signatures on Decisions and the Statement are to be certified by the public notary or Appostille.
